WHERE DO I BOOK LOADING?

You must create an account at Voyage Control

Do not call the algebra team with regards to loading as you will only be directed back to voyage control.

WHERE DO I GO FOR LOADING?

Use sat nav postcode: E16 1WW for loading/unloading and follow the instructions in the client area

WHAT ARE THE SET-UP TIMES?

Friday 21st Feb: Loading is between 14.00-18.30.

The venue will be closed for all exhibitors at 19.00.

Saturday 22nd Feb: Exhibitors will have access from 08.00

Halls will remain open to exhibitors until 20:00 after the show closes.

Sunday 23rd Feb: Exhibitors will have access from 08.00.

WILL TROLLEYS BE PROVIDED?

There are no trolleys provided. If you require a trolley you must bring one with you.

WILL I NEED A HIGH-VIS JACKET?

Yes, You and your team will be required to be wearing a high vis jacket during build and breakdown. Please note NO open-toe shoes / flimsy footwear/ sliders will be allowed on-site during this time.

CAN MY CHILDREN HELP ME SET UP MY STAND?

No child under the age of 16 is permitted into the venue during set up / Breakdown.

This is non-negotiable and under no circumstance will this be permitted.

WHAT TIME IS BREAKDOWN?

Sunday 23rd Feb: The event will close at : and security will begin clearance of all public BEFORE breakdown can commence. You are not permitted to begin breakdown until the organisers have advised it is safe to proceed. This will be approximately 18.30.

The venue will be closed for all exhibitors at 21.00.

NOTE: Breakdown will not commence until all children (under 16s) have left the hall.

I HAVE ITEMS TO BE DELIVERED - WHAT DO I DO?

If you are having goods delivered by a 3rd Party you will have to be on-site to accept/sign for the delivery unless you have already arranged this with the contractor.

WHERE DO I COLLECT MY STAFF PASSES?

Your staff passes will be printed upon arrival at the venue. Please make yourself known at the organisers desk.

STORAGE

Storage can be purchased - please contact your account manager for more information and fee’s. All fees must be paid for prior to arrival.

EXHIBITOR STOCK

Can I leave my stock in the stand overnight?

Yes, there is overnight security and cameras at the venue. However, we advise you not to leave anything valuable.

WHERE DO I PARK?

There is a pay and display car park on-site. - PLEASE PRE-BOOK PARKING HERE - The Venue operates PRE-BOOKING ONLY SYSTEM. ALL CARS MUST BE PRE BOOKED

CAN I PRE-ORDER FOOD FOR MY TEAM?

Alternatively, catering can be ordered and delivered to your stand through Excel Hospitality. This can be ordered here: http://excellondonhospitality.exhibitorcatering.co.uk/

WHERE DO I GET MY FRIENDS & FAMILY TICKETS?

You will have received an email with a total of 10 tickets in total which can be used on either Saturday or Sunday. The tickets will be scanned and once 10 people have been scanned they will cease to work. These are 10 tickets in total and are not reusable. These tickets are for general entry into the exhibition, halal dining show and Muslim travel show.

ORDERING ELECTRICS AND FURNITURE – is it too late?

Please contact the contractor directly to see if they can accommodate you. Their details can be found in the CLIENT AREA

You are welcome to bring your own furniture

CAN MY TEAM WORK OUTSIDE OUR STALL? CAN WE HAND OUT FLYERS?

No. All activations/sales must be made within your own stand. The organisers reserve the right to distribute fines and confiscate any leaflets/merchandise being distributed outside of a designated stand space.

WHERE CAN I GET MARKETING MATERIAL FOR THE SHOW

We encourage you to share these across your platforms to promote your presence at the event!

RUBBISH

You must take your rubbish away with you or there will be a charge for disposal and recycling. Failure to do so will mean charges being sent to you as an invoice.
